A Partner relationship is established between Real Telecom and a telecommunication reseller with sufficient skills, capacity, and customer base.
As a result of this relationship, resources are shared, costs are shared, and revenue is shared. This relationship is either on a case-by-case basis and/or as a standing relationship with the right to renew.
A value-added relationship is an agreement between qualified resellers and Real Telecom that enables the reseller to resell Real Telecom services to its customers.
In this relationship, Real Telecom supports the reseller to sell, install, and maintain the service. The reseller owns the records of invoices sent to the end user.
